Customers who buy LANGuardian on a subscription basis are entitled to unlimited technical support and free product updates for the duration of their subscription. Customers who buy LANGuardian on a perpetual license can opt for a support and maintenance contract, which entitles them to unlimited technical support and free product updates for the duration of the contract.

GoToMeeting Tech Support

‘GoToMeeting’ enables the NetFort Support Team to access your desktop via the internet to work with clients while conducting training or to provide direct application support. Click on the link below and enter the NetFort Support Team Member’s meeting ID in the box provided. The system will download and install the ‘GoToMeeting’ applet to your computer and prompt you for your name and email address.
